Ingredients: 1 Packet Ching’s Just Soak Veg Hakka Noodles 5-6 Cups water ¼ Cup julienned carrot ¼ Cup red bell pepper ¼ Cup sliced onion ¼ Cup chopped spring onion 2 Tbsp oil 3 Tbsp minced ginger-garlic 2 Green chilli sliced 1 Stalk chopped celery 2½ Tbsp Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Ching’s Red Chilli Sauce Salt as per taste ¼ Tbsp black pepper 1 Pinch white pepper ½ Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp chilli oil (optional) Method: Boil 5-6 cups of water. Now turn off the heat and then ‘Just Soak’ the Ching’s Noodles in water. Cover the soaked noodles with a lid and wait for five minutes. While the noodles are getting soaked, chop the vegetables and keep them ready. Now drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them thoroughly. Take oil in a heating pan, add the minced ginger-garlic, chillies, celery and veggies and saute them. Add Ching’s Dark Soy Sauce and Ching’s Red Chilli Sauce. Now add soaked noodles followed by salt, black pepper, white pepper and sugar and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add chilli oil to the prepared noodles and garnish them with green chopped onions.
